Learning Outcomes

Degree Program: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering
Program: Regular Program – Partial English

1. Knowledge

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge with a solid foundation and readiness to work in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
  • Apply multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary knowledge related to intelligent manufacturing across diverse contexts.
  • Demonstrate a global understanding of intelligent manufacturing oriented toward sustainable development.

2. Skills

  • Achieve effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English through various formats and across different contexts, including interpersonal communication, written communication, visual and numerical representation, and other interactive technology-based applications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collect, analyze, and evaluate information and to generate ideas for effective problem-solving through innovation, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Demonstrate competencies in teamwork, negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration, leadership, and guiding others to achieve desired outcomes.

3. Autonomy and Responsibility

  • Demonstrate civic and social responsibility and commitment to sustainable actions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and work autonomously, independently, and ethically, with a commitment to lifelong learning characterized by confidence and perseverance.
  • Understand multicultural environments and respect diversity.

In addition to the above learning outcomes, graduates are required to meet the following standards in foreign language proficiency, information technology, physical education, and national defense education:

  • Achieve Level 3/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework, equivalent to a TOEIC score of 550.
  • Obtain the IC3 (Internet and Computing Core Certification).
  • Obtain the Physical Education Certificate.
  • Obtain the National Defense and Security Education Certificate.
  • Obtain an Information Technology certificate in accordance with Decision No. 2322/QĐ-ĐHKT-ĐBCLPTCT dated July 8, 2024, stipulating the undergraduate IT knowledge learning outcomes at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.
