On the morning of October 26, 2023, Institute of Intelligent and Interactive Technologies held a seminar at Hall B1.302 to introduce the STIC Talent Mobility Portal online learning platform to students. The platform offers a wide range of courses.
The Talent Mobility Portal of the US-ASEAN STIC project is a platform that provides courses to help learners develop skills and enhance their expertise in the fields of science, technology, and innovation for the Southeast Asian region. This online learning platform is part of the Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation project (STIC) funded by the US Department of State, Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, and implemented by Arizona State University (ASU).
The STIC Talent Mobility Portal online learning platform offers learners a variety of courses, with a focus on three main groups:
- Science and Technology (S&T)
- Business and Innovation (E&I)
- Professional Certificate Programs from Businesses (IPC)
The platform is designed to be flexible, allowing learners to take courses at their own pace and convenience. The seminar was organized to introduce lecturers, staff, and students of the UEH School of Technology and Design to online learning on the Talent Mobility Portal of the US-ASEAN STIC project. By participating, learners will have the opportunity to study programs from prestigious universities and experts, access high-quality learning materials, and participate in skill-building courses, all of which are completely free.
The seminar was successfully concluded with presentations by speaker Tran Phuong Thao – Deputy Director in charge of program operations for Arizona State University in Vietnam, along with the enthusiastic participation of students from the UEH School of Technology and Design.
It is hoped that with the speaker’s sharing, students will have a new learning resource and platform that can serve their professional development.
